In 2018, hybrid-chem Chemical developed the first continuous flow microreactor for chlorination in China for Tiandong XX Chemical Co., Ltd. The system is used for the continuous production of pesticide intermediates with an annual capacity of 600 tons. The operation of the device is stable and the process flexibility is good. Its main indicators are comparable to the current kettle process. It demonstrates significant advantages in terms of process safety and production efficiency.
